The unit has an inbuilt suction/pressure pump is working under a closed and pressurized system with no aeration, temperature rise and contamination. The construction of the mill is in SS 316, with jacketed homogenizer housing and close circuit water cooling arrangement for mechanical shaft seal. The non-contact parts of the unit are of SS 304. Mechanical seal is suitable for media containing solids as well as with high viscosity product and the unit can be used for processing liquid product also. The test/trial quantity varies from few liters. and can be processed in few minutes.
